Our apartments are located in the attractive northern part of Örebro—a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood with easy access to both the vibrant city center and green spaces.
You will be just a 12–15 minute walk from Örebro University Hospital and the city center, where you'll find a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, shopping, and services. The area also offers excellent public transportation with convenient bus connections and easy access to both the northern and southern parts of the city.
If you're traveling by car, the E18/E20 highway is only about five minutes away, making it easy to travel to and from Örebro.
For golf enthusiasts, there are approximately ten golf courses within a 5–40 km radius, providing plenty of opportunities for a round after work or during your free time.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and carefree stay. The thoughtful design and homely atmosphere created a calm and welcoming environment from day one.
The location is excellent – quiet and peaceful, yet only a short walk from the centre of Örebro. Grocery stores are conveniently close by, and a large park within walking distance provided perfect opportunities for walks and nature experiences. We also had access to the charming garden, which was extra lovely during the summer months. Göran and Monica were fantastic hosts. Right from the start they made us feel very welcome and were always available to help with any questions or requests. Their kindness and hospitality really made a difference and made our transition to life in Sweden easier.
We are very grateful for our stay and highly recommend Boendekvalitet to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located accommodation with caring hosts."

"We have lived in one of the apartments for almost two years and we couldn't have wished for a better place to be in Örebro. The apartment is so nice and comfortable, with a beautiful and peaceful garden to enjoy. It is located in a nice and quiet area in the central north and close to grocery stores. The apartment has a large fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room and a large cozy bedroom. There is also a smaller bedroom fully prepared for children or visiting visitors. In addition, there is a good alarm system in the hall and both bedrooms, very well organized storage for the whole family. You really have everything you need to feel at home when you are sleeping away.
The hosts Monica and Göran have been fantastic to us. They are very kind people who have welcomed us with open arms. Always friendly and helpful with anything we may have needed. They are truly welcoming and the best people you can meet. We feel very grateful and we will never forget them and our stay here.

"We stayed at Villa 18 for a couple of months in May/June 2018 when we first moved to Sweden, and we highly recommend this accommodation. We felt right at home, and very welcome. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, including comfortable beds, a large sofa, spacious living room and a kitchen. We also had access to the small outdoor area, and there is a large playground across the street, perfect for families with young children. It is also very well located, a short walk to the city center, with a grocery store and restaurant nearby. The owners were incredibly welcoming and gave us tips and advice that helped us settle into the local area and understand how things work in Sweden. We have many fond memories of our time there."
